Job description
Key Responsibilities
Regularly update and maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools
Collect, validate, and organize data to ensure accuracy and reliability
Manage the collection and compilation of HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records and other sources.
Maintain HR performance metrics related to talent acquisition, retention, turnover, employee engagement and performance management system , L&D, Admin and other areas.
Maintain detailed documentation of system processes, configurations, and update regularly
Identify opportunities to upgrade MIS tools and implement automation where feasible
Present actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven findings
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and audit standards
Maintain integrity and confidentiality of departmental data and employee documentation
Ensure system data integrity and accuracy conduct regularly scheduled performance reviews and audits of information input / reports to validate and / or reconcile data.
Assist the HR department and perform other duties as assigned.
Prepare HR Dashboards
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in MIS maintenance, database management , Data Analysis, HR Dashboards
Experience in a professional services environment, such as a Accounting Outsourcing or financial services, is an advantage
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Excel (advanced) is mandatory, working knowledge of PowerPoint
Additional exposure that will help
Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
Experience with ERP / HRMIS platforms and data management tools.
