Responsibilities Business and Finance : Strong understand of US Mortgage, Default Administration, underwriting support including Assets, Wages and Income calculation Good understanding of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines is an added advantageConventional Mortgage underwritingExperience in calculating income for both salaried and self employedGood understanding of asset review, appraisal review, credit review, underwriting, income calculation.Able to fore forecast, plan and deliver effectively at engagement levelIdentify and critically analyze the trend and implement actionsCustomer Focus :
