About the Initiative

Concept of Living Charitable Trust (COL) - one of India's most trusted NGOs - is leading a nationwide CSR initiative to create safe, respectful, and compliant workplaces across India.

Through our POSH Awareness & Workplace Safety Training Programs, we collaborate with corporates, government institutions, and educational organizations to spread awareness about the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013, women's rights, and workplace ethics.

About the Role

We are inviting freelance POSH Trainers / Workplace Safety Educators who are passionate about gender equality, compliance, and professional development to join our growing national network.

As a POSH Act & Workplace Safety Trainer, you will :

Deliver 45-60 minute training sessions (Online / Offline) on POSH Act & workplace conduct.

️ Train employees, HR professionals & management on legal duties, responsibilities, and reporting procedures.

Guide organizations on forming and maintaining Internal Committees (ICCs).

Represent Concept of Living Charitable Trust in corporate CSR programs and awareness campaigns.

Be the change that transforms workplaces into safer, inclusive spaces.
