We’re now expanding our R&D team in India to build next-generation AI automation that simplifies clinical documentation, enhances revenue-cycle efficiency, and improves patient outreach using LLMs and Voice AI.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on AI Architect to design and lead scalable AI solutions that combine large-language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and speech AI.

The ideal candidate can bridge deep technical skills with healthcare domain awareness, driving end-to-end architecture—from data ingestion and model integration to deployment and monitoring.

Location : Onsite – Hyderabad / Mangalagiri

Experience : 8 + years (4 + years in AI or ML architecture)

Type : Full-time | Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities

Architect and implement AI micro-services for text, speech, and document automation.

Design LLM / RAG pipelines using LangChain / LlamaIndex / OpenAI / Azure AI.

Integrate speech AI (ASR / TTS) for voice agents and virtual assistants.

Oversee data pipelines and model deployment with Python, FastAPI, Docker, and Redis.

Establish AI security and governance best practices aligned to HIPAA.

Collaborate with backend (.NET / Node) and DevOps teams for production integration.

Mentor AI engineers and review technical designs for scalability and compliance.

Required Skills

Proven AI system architecture experience (LLM apps / RAG / speech AI).

Strong Python and FastAPI development skills.

Familiar with LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs (FAISS / Pinecone / Chroma).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and container deployments.

Understanding of healthcare data (EDI / FHIR / HL7) and HIPAA privacy principles.

Preferred

Prior experience in healthcare AI, RCM automation, or clinical data processing.

Exposure to speech technologies (Whisper, Azure Speech, GPT-4 Realtime).

MLOps / CI-CD experience for AI services.
