About the role

As our Fellowship Exams Coordinator, you’ll oversee the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of national Fellowship exams. Reporting to the Fellowship Exams Lead, you’ll manage timelines, resources and workflows, support cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvement to ensure a consistent, high-quality exam experience.

As our Fellowship Exams Coordinator, you'll also :

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of written and clinical Fellowship exams, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
• Develop and maintain exam materials, schedules, templates and documentation
• Lead operational training and support for exam roles, including recruitment and onboarding
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure national consistency across all exam processes

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience coordinating complex projects end to end
• Excellent communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
• Ability to manage competing priorities in high-pressure periods
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on process improvement
