About the role :

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as the Lead for the Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Founder, leading a diverse and multidisciplinary team in driving strategic initiatives and projects across various departments. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Founder's Office team.

The candidate will work closely with the Founder, entire business and contributing to various initiatives and projects across different departments and need to manage projects and timelines in implementing cutting edge automation and tech in India including meeting overseas team and managing knowledge transfers where needed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in shaping the company's trajectory and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and coordinate meetings, agendas, and presentations.
• Lead and manage the Founder's Office team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate very closely with the Founder to develop and execute strategic initiatives and projects that contribute to the company's growth and market expansion.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to work across functional areas and geographies e.g. Market entry strategy for a country, Building a customer success team, Marketing strategy execution for a key region / channel.
