Sukoon Health is building India's first specialized chain of hospitals to cater to acute and severe mental health conditions.

We plan to set up 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care across India. Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.

About the Role

Sukoon is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist for Sonipat location. The ideal candidate for this role :

Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality care of their patient

Knowledge and familiarity with ICD and DSM

Familiarity with MDT approach towards patient care

Practice medicine within their defined scope of practice and expertise

Familiar with crisis assessment tools and techniques

Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and resolve conflict

High level of professional maturity and integrity and a solid work ethics

Responsibilities :

Maintain the highest standards of clinical care as directed by Sukoon Health

Conduct OPD at Sukoon Health

Execute clinical program as directed by Centre Head and Medical Director

Suggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organization

Collaborate with other departments when needed

Maintain a patient-first approach

Qualifications :

Current and valid board certification in psychiatry

Medical degree (MBBS, MD) from an accredited medical school and completion of an approved psychiatric residency

Minimum 1 year of work experience post MD

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
