• Previous experience in an USA outbound Inside Sales.
• Understanding of IT Service and Operations Management is a plus.
• Ability to understand products landscape for starting initial dialog with the customer
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, LinkedIn navigator and other Social media to generate leads
• Be innovative in tapping other resources for lead generation
• Researching relevant databases such as ZoomInfo to extract right customer
• information such as products, executives etc.
• Guide marketing interns for generating customer databases
• Arrange customer meetings with Sales Manager / Pre-sales consultants
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Ability to achieve sales qualified leads targets.
