Job description

Job Title : Full Stack Architect (React & Node)

Required Skills : ReactJS, NodeJs, Microservice Architecture, AI

Experience Range : 10+ Years of Experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and design end-to-end solutions using React.js for frontend and Node.js for backend services.
  • Define and enforce coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools to enhance development workflows and product capabilities (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, RoohCode, Vertex AI, Cursor).
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in web development and AI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 3 years in an architectural role.
  • Expertise in React.js , Redux , TypeScript , Node.js , Express.js , and RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture , containerization (Docker / Kubernetes) , and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines , unit testing , and performance tuning .
  • Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

    • Good to Have (AI / ML Exposure)

  • Experience using or integrating AI-assisted development tools like :
  • GitHub Copilot , Claude , RoohCode , Cursor , Google Vertex AI
  • Understanding of how to integrate AI APIs or services into web applications.
  • Exposure to AI / ML model deployment , prompt engineering , or LLM-based features is a plus.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building SaaS platforms or enterprise-grade applications.
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, or serverless architecture.
  • Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies.
