Associate Director - Actuarial (Health)
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Senior Data Insights Advisor to join our dynamic team, reporting to the Global Data Insights Leader. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting countries in the development and implementation of best practices in financial and actuarial modelling. You will also be responsible for coordinating new projects that drive innovation and enhance the solutions that we offer. Your expertise will be essential in facilitating knowledge sharing and driving the successful execution of initiatives..
We will count on you to :
Facilitate the sharing and implementation of best practices across financial and actuarial modelling, including forecasting, scenario modelling, and vendor assessment.
Provide technical expertise in claims modelling and predictive analytics.
Foster cross-regional collaboration by coordinating regular communication and knowledge sharing across various regions to ensure alignment and consistency in practices.
Support the development of new solutions by facilitating pilots and working groups, engaging with in-market subject matter experts (SMEs), and coordinating between SMEs and central resources for building, testing, and gathering user feedback.
Coordinate and manage projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring that objectives are met and that all parties are engaged throughout the process
What you need to have :
Minimum 10+ years of experience
A background in actuarial science or data science, with a strong understanding of financial and actuarial modelling principles.
Experience in health insurance, employee benefits, or another healthcare related field
Strong analytical skills, with experience in claims modelling and predictive analytics.
Proven experience in leading projects with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and knowledge sharing among teams across different regions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
