We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Specialist Advisor-Windows to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Position Description

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and flexible IT Infrastructure Specialist with extensive experience in Windows Server administration, virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and enterprise support operations. Proven ability to lead teams, manage 24x7 shift operations, and collaborate with clients to drive service excellence and technical innovation.

The role is primarily focused on Windows OS patching, vulnerability management, and security hardening using AWS Systems Manager (SSM) and BatchPatch , while also handling broader AWS L2 operations and incident response . This position requires strong skills in Windows Server administration, AWS services, and cloud security compliance .

Core Competencies

• Windows Server (2008–2022) installation, configuration, tuning, and monitoring
• Microsoft Clustering
• VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS operations
• Active Directory, Print Server, and Certificate Management
• Remote troubleshooting using iDRAC and RDP

• Disaster recovery and backup strategy implementation
