Job Title : Business Management Sr Analyst, Associate

Location : Pune / Mumbai, India

Role Description

• The Business Management Sr Analyst, Associate, is responsible for supporting the Infra Chief Operating Office (ICOO) division, acting as a bridge between business and infrastructure functions.
• In this role, you will deliver business management support by preparing reports and analytics, coordinating with stakeholders, assisting with strategic initiatives and workforce planning, supporting change projects, and ensuring adherence to governance standards and operational controls across infrastructure functions.
• You will join the Infrastructure Chief Operating Office (ICOO) team, where you will support business management activities across infrastructure divisions.
• Your role will focus on generating reports and analytics, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with the implementation of strategic initiatives and business processes.
• You'll help manage headcount data, support change projects, collaborate with Finance and HR on workforce matters, and contribute to process improvements and operational support, all while ensuring adherence to governance standards and controls.
