Job Description Summary : - Provides technical expertise and support to client, IT management and staff in risk assessments, implement. Participates in the evaluation, development, implementation, communication, monitoring and maintenance of information technology security policies and procedures. May act as Project Leader. May be involved in providing assistance and training to lower level specialists.

Summary of the project : PAM Governance

As a Lead in Privileged Access Management (PAM), you will play a crucial role for the following currently in-flight and high visibility projects with The Northern Trust Security Technology Organization

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance charter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions
• Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls
• Ensure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and framework ( NIST, ISO 27001)
• Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles
• Drive continuous improvement initiates to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies
• Serve as a subject matter expert on PAM governance matters, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges and achievements
