Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including online research, networking, and inbound / outbound strategies.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with the technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and successful project delivery.
- CRM Management : Use CRM tools to track leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline efficiently.
- Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Qualifications and Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.Knowledge of web development services, including websites, e-commerce platforms, custom software, and mobile applications.Familiarity with web development technologies and trends (preferred but not mandatory).Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Prior experience in business development or sales in IT / web development services (preferred).
