Adventure Buddha is looking for a friendly, confident, and proactive Tele-Callers to join our young & enthusiastic team.

This is a full-time (hybrid) role based in Bangalore .

What You’ll Do

Engage with incoming leads on WhatsApp & phone in a warm, helpful, and informative way

Explain trip itineraries, inclusions, and experiences clearly

Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings

Handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently

Maintain organized lead records and booking updates in internal tools

Coordinate with operations & marketing regarding trip availability and updates

Share ideas to improve customer experience and conversion rate

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills

Fluent in English, Hindi & Kannada (required)

Enjoys talking to people & helping them make decisions

Confident on phone calls and chat handling

Proactive, positive, and target-driven mindset

Prior experience in Sales / Tele-calling / Customer Support is a plus

Must be based in Bangalore (Hybrid role — a few days a week in office)

Location & Salary

Location : Bangalore (Hybrid)

Salary : ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 / month
