Job description3–4 years of relevant experience in office / commercial leasing (Delhi NCR market preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in meeting sales / leasing targets. Team leadership or team-handling experience / aptitude is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

About the Role :
We are looking for an experienced Sales Leasing Manager with strong exposure to commercial / office space leasing in the Delhi NCR market. The ideal candidate should have excellent client-handling skills, a deep understanding of the real estate landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end office leasing activities — from prospecting to closure.
- Identify potential tenants and maintain relationships with corporate clients and brokers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing opportunities.
- Negotiate lease terms and ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Maintain leasing reports, occupancy data, and pipeline updates.
