Position Overview : Location-Bengaluru

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality web applications. You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, as well as a strong understanding of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the end-to-end development of web applications using JavaScript, ReactJS, and Node.js.
Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
Communicate and collaborate with customers, project managers, UX / UI designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
Mentor and guide team members in best practices for full stack development.
Implement AWS services to enhance application performance, security, and scalability.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

Good experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on JavaScript and ReactJS for the front end and Node.js for the back end.

Proven experience in leading development teams and managing projects.

Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and experience in deploying applications in the cloud.

Strong proficiency in database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience
