HNI Sales Head

Location : India

Experience : 5–6 years

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished HNI Sales Head with 5–6 years of front-end trading experience to join a fast-paced and client-focused team. The role calls for a professional who can seamlessly manage relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) , execute trades across asset classes, and deliver high-quality investment insights. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with leading brokers in the industry and a demonstrated ability to deliver consistent results through precision, judgment, and client trust.

Role

Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI clients , gaining a deep understanding of their trading and investment objectives.

Partner with research and advisory teams to deliver timely, data-backed market intelligence and recommendations.

Stay ahead of market movements and proactively communicate relevant opportunities or risks to clients.

Oversee client portfolios, providing regular performance updates and strategic inputs.

Maintain complete compliance with all internal policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

5–6 years of experience in Sales , focused on serving HNI or institutional clients.

Existing network or relationships with top 10 brokers or major intermediaries in the market.

Strong knowledge of trading products, asset classes, and financial instruments .

Exceptional communication, analytical, and client engagement skills.

Professional integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a performance-oriented setup.
