Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Deputy Manager at Natco Pharma Limited. The role is located in Naidupeta. The Warehouse Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, managing inventory controls, supervising stock control, ensuring smooth forklift operations, and coordinating overall warehouse activities. Additionally, this role involves implementing operational policies, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Experience in Stock Control and Inventory Control
• Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management
• Skilled in Forklift Operation
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
