Day to Day Role

1DS works with most large consumer brands and helps generate consultative insights from ecommerce data points (1P sales, spends, digital shelf, supply chain and others). This role reports to the Head of Market Intelligence and will involve individuals working on large sets of data everyday to derive meaningful insights and present it to Ecommerce P / L leaders at large global consumer brands

Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical Associate Director with expertise in data analysis, client engagement, reporting, and business operations. The ideal candidate should be able to translate complex business needs into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Startup or entrepreneurial experience is a plus, demonstrating innovation, problem-solving, and the ability to drive business impact through data

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and data flows into actionable insights and analytical solutions.
• Drive operational and business strategies, process improvements, and governance frameworks.
• Analyze business and client performance, identify gaps, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships, including onboarding, communication, and issue resolution.
• Document analytical findings and ensure timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage teams to ensure high performance, accountability, and delivery excellence.
