Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Bengaluru. The role involves managing :

Customer interactions Conduct in-depth online research using open-source intelligence tools. Prepare detailed, accurate, and insightful investigative reports. - Engage with clients, counsel them professionally, and explain our range of services. - Convert client interactions into successful assignments and ensure high client satisfaction. - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of investigation results.

Qualifications

Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities Strong Communication and Sales skills Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Experience in the investigative or security sector is a plus Master’s degree in Forensic Science, Business Administration or relevant field
