• Over 3 years of experience in Atlassian Jira administration, including workflow and field customization.
• Proficient in Groovy for Jira scripting and automation with Scriptrunner
• Experience in JavaScript, Java is advantageous
• Good experience with JQL
• Experience with ASPICE is an advantage[TM1]
• Skilled in integrating innovative methods and automation into Jira processes.
• Open, communicative team player with experience working in global teams.
• Basic knowledge of agile frameworks, with practical experience in Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong English communication skills for global training and documentation.
• Supporting the Project Teams in [TM3] preparing project reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
• Assist in maintaining PMO standards, best practices, and methodologies in Jira to improve project efficiency and quality.
• Provide training and guidance on PMO processes in Jira [TM4] and tools to project team members as needed.
• Ensure consistent and transparent communication with stakeholders on project status, risks, and changes within Jira.
