Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding hiring needs to onboarding.
  • Source and attract top talent across creative, digital, strategy, client servicing, and production roles.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
  • Coordinate and conduct screening interviews , schedule rounds with hiring managers, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements and align hiring strategies.
  • Maintain and update recruitment reports, dashboards, and databases.

Requirements :

  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency .
  • Strong understanding of creative and marketing roles (designers, copywriters, strategists, account managers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for people, culture, and the creative industry.
