Design Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to join our team in Whitefield Bangalore .The Branch Head will oversee the operations of the branch, drive sales strategies, and ensure top-tier customer experience while working closely with interior design projects.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in interior design with a strong focus on residential interiors is mandatory. The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies aimed at driving business growth within the interior design domain.
• Experience with residential interiors, ensuring designs meet client specifications and adhere to quality standards.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong team leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives and exceed client expectations.
