Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Relations Specialist will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through customer retention activities, providing exceptional customer support and service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. Daily tasks include maintaining open and effective communication channels with customers, identifying needs and opportunities to improve customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Retention and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction levels

Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service

Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written

Ability to manage customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience in customer relations or relevant roles is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Relationship Management, or related field is preferred
