About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Robotics Engineer with strong expertise in robotic system design, development, and integration.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with control systems, embedded programming, motion planning, and real-time robotics applications.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable robotic platforms, optimize automation processes, and implement next-generation robotic solutions for complex industrial and commercial applications.
Key Responsibilities :
Design & Development :
- Design, prototype, and develop robotic systems and automation solutions, including both hardware and software components.
- Develop motion control algorithms for robotic manipulators, mobile robots, or autonomous systems.
- Create and test robot behaviors using frameworks such as ROS (Robot Operating System) or similar middleware platforms.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and end-effectors to achieve required robotic functionality and precision.
Programming & Integration :
Develop software in C / C++, Python, or MATLAB for control systems, perception modules, and robot intelligence.Work on path planning, computer vision, and SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) for autonomous robots.Collaborate with embedded systems engineers to implement control logic and communication protocols.Calibrate, debug, and fine-tune robotic systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.Testing & Optimization :
Conduct simulation testing using tools like Gazebo, V-REP, or Webots before deploying hardware implementations.Analyze system performance and implement algorithmic improvements for efficiency, speed, and accuracy.Ensure compliance with industrial safety and reliability standards during system design and testing.Collaboration & Documentation :
Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams for seamless system integration.Document system architecture, software modules, and experimental results comprehensively.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and R&D activities for new product innovation.Key Requirements :
Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience : 4- 8 years of hands-on experience in robotics system design, development, and deployment.
Technical Expertise :
Strong programming skills in C++, Python, and experience with ROS.Proficiency in control theory, kinematics, and dynamics of robotic systems.Experience with computer vision libraries (OpenCV, PCL) and sensors (LiDAR, IMU, camera systems).Familiarity with microcontrollers, real-time operating systems, and communication interfaces (CAN, UART, SPI, I2C).Tools & Platforms : Experience with simulation tools (Gazebo, MATLAB / Simulink, V-REP) and CAD tools for robotic design.
Soft Skills : Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment.
