Purpose of the Role
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving the people's agenda across the Hyderabad & Tamil Nadu regions (approx. 500–600 employees ).
This role is key to enhancing organizational capability, executing HR strategies that enable employee growth and development, and delivering an exceptional employee experience — building a culture that truly makes us a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
Own the People Agenda for assigned business units, ensuring seamless execution of HR priorities and initiatives.
Partner with business and leadership teams to identify people priorities and design interventions that foster a high-performance and growth-oriented culture.
Lead talent management and development efforts , including capability-building initiatives, succession planning, and performance management.
Provide day-to-day HR consultation to managers on people-related matters such as performance, engagement, and employee relations.
Address and resolve complex employee issues in collaboration with line managers and business heads, ensuring fairness and compliance.
Leverage data and people analytics to monitor workforce metrics, attrition trends, and succession pipelines — driving proactive action plans.
Communicate effectively across internal channels to promote policies, benefits, and people programs that enhance engagement and retention.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in an HRBP or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.
Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements .
Proven ability to design and implement talent development and capability-building programs .
Analytical mindset with experience using people data to generate insights and guide decisions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
