What You Should Know About This Job

Vianaar is Goa's leading luxury real estate company, known for designing and building beautiful holiday homes in the serene villages of North Goa. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail oriented Digital Marketing Associates to join our growing team in Delhi. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute performance marketing campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms for both our real estate and hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities : -

Assist in the setup, execution, and daily monitoring of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn.

Create and coordinate the development of ad creatives, ensuring timely delivery of assets.

Track and analyze campaign performance; prepare reports highlighting key metrics and insights.

Manage ad accounts, update budgets, and track campaign performance across platforms.

Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices in paid media marketing

Skills & Qualifications :

1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or paid media campaigns.

Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager is preferred.

Basic understanding of performance marketing KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion tracking.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn. - Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus
