Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage corporate sales for Corporate Gifting and MFI channels across regions.
  • Develop strong relationships with corporates, gifting agencies, and microfinance institutions.
  • Drive bulk and customized sales of consumer durable products suited for gifting and rural markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and channel partners in the B2B gifting and MFI space.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create customized gifting solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with favorable terms and ensure timely execution.
  • Manage pricing, discounts, and volume incentives in alignment with company strategy.
  • Track and monitor key metrics including sales volume, channel growth, and client satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor the corporate sales team to enhance performance and client engagement.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competition, and client needs to shape go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B or institutional sales with exposure to corporate gifting and / or MFI channels.
  • Strong understanding of consumer durable products, gifting solutions, and microfinance ecosystems.
  • Proven experience in leading sales teams and managing high-volume accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to drive strategy, execution, and revenue growth across diverse customer segments.
  • Leadership Skills Required :

  • Visionary leadership with the ability to set direction and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinker with decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Agility to adapt to market dynamics and led change initiatives.
  • Commitment to business ethics, compliance, and long-term client value creation.
