We're Hiring : Java Tech Lead or Java Technical Manager

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

About the Role :

Join our dynamic R&D team in Bangalore as a Technical Manager (Java & Big Data). Are you a seasoned Java professional passionate about building scalable, high-performance systems and leading talented engineering teams. In this role, you will spearhead key technical initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, and drive innovative telecom solutions leveraging modern Java and Big Data technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

6+ years of software development experience.
2+ years in a people management role.
Lead and mentor a high-performing development team.
Drive design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications.
Oversee Big Data projects and ensure seamless integration with cloud platforms.
Ensure code quality, best practices, and continuous delivery via CI / CD pipelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end product solutions.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
Cultivate an Agile development environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Technical Skills :

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud

PostgreSQL

Familiarity with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD.

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / GCP).

Exposure to Big Data tools such as Apache Spark or Apache NiFi is advantageous.

Proficiency in Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
