We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate should have more than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support, and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS suite.Key Responsibilities : Act as the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR (Self-Service HR), Payroll (US / Global), i Recruitment, OTL (Oracle Time & Labor), Performance ManagementGather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices.Design and configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet client / business requirements.Develop and maintain technical components such as : PL / SQL packages and procedures, Interfaces (Inbound / Outbound), XML / BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA Framework / Forms Personalization)Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules.Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or Interface Tables.Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.Document functional and technical specifications.Support system upgrades, patching, and cloning efforts.Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.Knowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g., US, UK, India).Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCM.Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence scenarios.Business / Professional Skills : Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users, stakeholders, and developers.Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.Proactive and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
