Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our projects meet their objectives by managing the human aspect of change. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and implementing strategies that maximize employee engagement and minimize resistance to change, ultimately driving faster adoption and higher utilization of new systems and processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute change management strategies for SAP implementations and other organizational change initiatives.
- Coach senior leaders and executives on their role as change sponsors, providing guidance and support.
- Support managers and supervisors in helping their teams navigate through transitions and changes.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring a structured and effective approach.
- Assess the impact of change, conduct analyses, and identify key stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.
- Support communication efforts, including the design and delivery of effective communication strategies.
- Provide input and documentation for training programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills.
- Manage and oversee change management activities, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change management efforts with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience in change management or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or HR.Techno-commercial knowledge and an understanding of supply chain processes is preferred.Change Management certification, such as Prosci, is an asset.Proven consulting experience is a must, with a track record of successful project deliveries.Experience with SAP or S4 Hana is an added advantage.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.About Us
