Job OverviewThe Yoga Instructor will be responsible for conducting structured yoga sessions for students across various age groups. The role emphasizes mental wellness, flexibility, discipline, and healthy living, aligned with the school's commitment to holistic education.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily yoga sessions for students from Grades 1 to 12
• Teach breathing techniques, basic to advanced asanas, and mindfulness practices
• Tailor sessions to suit age and fitness levels
• Promote awareness of posture, body alignment, and relaxation
• Organize wellness and fitness workshops for students and staff
• Ensure student safety and correct technique during sessions
• Participate in school events, sports days, and inter-school yoga programs
