Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at Market Intelligence And Consulting Private Limited in Pune. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and building strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include providing top-notch customer service, analyzing data to drive decisions, and fostering customer loyalty.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
  • Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Relationship Building abilities
  • Customer Service expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the consulting or market intelligence industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
