Experience : : 10-15 years in apparel manufacturing / production planning

Team Size : 10-15+

CTC : ₹ Upto 20 to 25 LPA

The Business Head oversees vendor capacity planning, order allocation, and fabric flow to ensure zero loss of sale and timely merchandise delivery across retail channels.

This role manages production planning, inventory control, and stock distribution, while coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include developing Time & Action calendars, optimizing inventory, preventing stockouts, and driving vendor performance.

Success demands advanced Excel skills, deep apparel manufacturing knowledge, and strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities to build a high-performing, agile, and reliable manufacturing network.

Experience in D2 C, e-commerce, and ERP systems is advantageous.
