What Kambill Systems Does

KSPL offers a diverse portfolio of advanced technology solutions, including :

  • Aviation & Automotive Simulators : Flight Training Devices (FTDs), Computer-Based Training (CBT) systems, and Full-Body Simulators (FBS) for both aviation and automotive sectors.
  • UAV & Drone Solutions : Custom aerial and underwater drones equipped with payloads like RGB, thermal, LiDAR, multispectral, and hyperspectral sensors.
  • GIS & Mapping Technologies : Comprehensive Geographic Information System (GIS) solutions, including data processing and mapping software.
  • Aircraft MRO & Spare Parts : Services in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO), along with procurement of aircraft spares.
  • Reseller Partnerships : Authorized reseller of global technology brands such as HelloGeo, FLIR, MicaSense, ESRI.
  • Job Summary :

    We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B technology sales and a deep understanding of consultative selling strategies.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and expand the customer base.
  • Lead the sales team, set performance goals, and ensure consistent performance monitoring and coaching.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and close deals with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
