Job Description :

We are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient Quality Software Testing Engineer to join our QA team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing practices, identifying bugs, and enhancing application performance.

This role requires expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies and a solid understanding of software development Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and user stories.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and system testing across multiple platforms and environments.
  • Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
  • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and assist in resolving issues.
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks for faster and more reliable releases.
  • Conduct performance, load, and security testing as required.
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile / Scrum team.
  • Ensure all test documentation is up to date, including test plans, test cases, and test Technical Skills : Tools & Frameworks :
  • Manual Testing tools : TestRail, Zephyr
  • Automation tools : Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium

Performance testing : JMeter, LoadRunner

  • API testing : Postman, REST Assured, & Scripting :
  • Scripting in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
  • Shell scripting or basic SQL for test data validation

    • CI / CD & DevOps Integration :

  • Hands-on experience integrating tests with CI / CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, or CircleCI
  • Version control : Git, & Test Management :
  • Proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla, or similar tools
  • Clear understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile / Scrum :
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 2 - 5 years of relevant QA / testing experience
  • Experience testing web, mobile, and API-based applications
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication Skills :
  • ISTQB Certification or equivalent
  • Experience in BDD using Cucumber, SpecFlow, or similar
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of container-based environments (e.g., Docker, Join Us?
