Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Production Specialist located in Ahmedabad. The Event Production Specialist will be responsible for planning and producing various events, managing event logistics, and ensuring successful implementation. They will coordinate with stakeholders, manage event budgets, and ensure smooth communication between teams to deliver high-quality events.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Event Planning, Event Production, and Event Management
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Budgeting to manage and optimize financial resources for events
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle deadlines
• Experience in working in the media, communication, or related field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communication, Business, or a related field
