Job Type :  20 Hrs Per Week (80 Hrs Per Month)

CTC :  85K - 1.8L Annually

Job Description :

Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions, diagnostics, and customer service, with a particular focus on hardware and networking.

Key Responsibilities :

  • IT Hardware Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Diagnose and resolve issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT hardware. Provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure that all hardware systems operate efficiently and reliably.
  • Network Configuration & Management : Configure and manage network components, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Perform tasks such as IP addressing, VLAN setup, cable laying, crimping, and network security configurations to optimize performance and security.
  • ELV Systems Deployment : Support in SITC of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm systems, public address systems, to name a few. Ensure these systems are integrated effectively with IT and networking infrastructure.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed documentation of all installations, configurations, and maintenance activities. Prepare and submit reports on project progress, system diagnostics, and client feedback.
  • Constant Learning : Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in IT, networking, and ELV solutions.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Minimum 12th grade holder; Graduating in BCA / MCA / ENTC, IT, CS Engineering; or Diploma in Computer with a certified course in Hardware & Networking.
  • Experience : 0-2 years of relevant experience in the same field.
  • Skills : Must be a team player with a positive attitude, demonstrating expertise in IT solutions and diagnostics.

    • Additional Requirements :

  • License & Vehicle : Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Bonus : Additional preference will be given to local candidates.
  • Availability : Candidates available for immediate joining or within 15 days will be preferred.

  • Compensation : Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate. Additionally, the candidate will have the opportunity to convert to the next position in six months.
