Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the .NET framework. The selected candidate will oversee development projects, manage teams, and collaborate with US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET C# , WebForms , and SQL Server , with strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using ASP.NET C# and WebForms .
Work with a cross-functional team to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Optimize SQL Server databases and write efficient queries.
Act as the primary client contact for the client regarding project updates, demos, and feedback.
Provide post-deployment support and ensure application performance and security.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Manage a team of developers, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Collaborate with other developers, QA engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality software on time.
Participate in code reviews and ensure that all solutions are aligned with industry standards.
Mentor junior developers and help them grow in their careers.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 7+ years of experience & expertise in ASP.NET, C# , WebForms , and SQL Server

Hands-on experience in SQL Server database design and writing complex stored procedures.

Proven experience in team leadership and project management.

Experienced with Agile development methodology.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Strong English communication skills and ability to work well in team environment.

Preferred

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS) and Agile methodologies is a plus.

Proficiency in front-end technologies like React JS, Angular or Node is a plus.
