Job role : Workday HCM Consultant AMS & Integrations.

Job Type : Contract (3 6 Months).

Job Location : Bangalore / PAN, India.

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with 68 years of expertise in HCM and at least two additional modules within the AMS (Application Management Services) space.

The ideal candidate will also have experience with Workday integrations and hold certification in at least a couple of relevant modules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and enhance Workday HCM and additional modules such as Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Optimization, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the AMS space.
• Configure and deploy solutions across assigned Workday modules.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and internal teams.
• Ensure high-quality, timely delivery of solutions and Skills & Experience :
• 68 years of experience with Workday HCM and at least two other modules.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
• Workday certification(s) in relevant modules (highly preferred).
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
