Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Admission Counsellor to join our growing EdTech team. In this role, you will guide aspiring learners, provide personalized academic solutions, and drive successful enrollments. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound student queries and proactively follow up with leads (database provided).
- Initiate outbound calls to maximize enrollment and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct virtual counseling sessions and product demos for prospective students.
- Match educational programs with individual career goals.
- Present product knowledge confidently and persuasively.
- Build long-term relationships with students through active listening and empathy.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track progress in CRM systems .
- Share weekly performance and sales reports with management.
- Ensure student satisfaction to boost referrals and retention.
- Stay updated on new programs and industry trends through regular training.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in admissions counseling or outbound sales (EdTech / education preferred).Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).Confident, empathetic, and proactive in approach.Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Target-driven with sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.Perks & Benefits
