Company Description

Incubated at IIM-B (NSRCEL), Asmi - a School of Life is an initiative founded by Delhi University alumni that considers the statement "kaash ye kisi ne bachpan mein sikha diya hota" as its problem, and seeks to solve it for the generations ahead.

Laser focus is to design inner life education and social-emotional learning (SEL) experiences, sex education, cybersecurity, financial literacy, climate education, productivity skills-based programs for children and adolescents (ages 8 to 16) - thereby upskilling them beyond academics.

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Generalist - responsible for overseeing the implementation of programs, coordinating various projects, conducting research, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role includes administrative duties, strategy execution, stakeholder interactions, content and communication, and providing support across different functions. The Generalist will collaborate across teams to promote efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Effective research, strategy development, and execution abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Experience in education, program management, or non-profit sectors is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
