purpose of the job
The TA is responsible for ensuring the client and relevant stakeholders receive advisory services from RSR inclusive of market intelligence, creative sourcing strategies and problem resolution. The RBP achieves this by spending 55% of their time directly engaging with HMs and driving the effective use of Talent Communities which are prequalified and interested candidates who want to join our client.
r oles and responsibilities
Responsibilities include :
- Requirement consultation with hiring managers to ensure managers are hiring for the right skills for their needs and are able to obtain those resources at the most competitive rate.
- Provide contractor market knowledge (including general availability of skills, rate guidelines)
- Provide guidance on relevant contingent workforce legislation.
- Rate consultation and management to defined rate card.
- Distribution of requisitions to staffing agencies.
- Vendors resume screening, interview.
- Coordination and offer presentation and negotiation.
- Work with managers and agencies to have all client-required documentation completed for all new contractor starts and all contractor extensions.
- Facilitation of on-boarding and off-boarding of contractors.
- Conduct regular follow up with managers to ensure contract success and to provide early mitigation of issues.
- Create and maintain candidate, client and job records in applicant tracking system.
- Problem resolution for any variances from the predefined system / process.
- Communication to and training of hiring managers and agencies on contract recruitment process.
- Provide regular and ad-hoc operational reports and trend analysis for managers and executives on recruitment process, contractor procurement and staffing agency effectiveness.
- Assist in the development and definition of processes, documentation of processes, project plans etc.
Qualifications include :
4+ years of recruiting experience required, preferably both in corporate and agency environments.Experience working directly with managers and managing full life cycle recruitment processes.Ability to effectively communicate with and respond to questions from managers, executives, staffing agencies and contractors.Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and solve problems.Experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.Experience working with applicant-tracking systems (ATS) or vendor management systems (VMS)Understanding of recruiting metrics, report development and analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work well with all levels of the organization.Strong relationship-building skills.Proven negotiations and influencing skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Familiar with relevant contingent workforce legislation.
