About the Role :

We are looking for a seasoned Automation Test Architect with deep expertise in Quality Engineering and Automation Framework Development. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives in designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performing automation solutions across Web, API, and Mobile platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping test strategies, driving automation initiatives, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and implement robust, scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile platforms.
• Lead the design and development of custom automation solutions tailored to specific project needs.
• Leverage JavaScript-based automation frameworks such as Playwright (preferred), Cypress, and WebDriver.io.
• Apply strong Java programming skills in building and enhancing automation capabilities.
• Define and drive Test Strategies, Test Plans, and Automation Roadmaps in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and QA engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation into the development lifecycle.
• Conduct Database Testing and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Promote best practices in Quality Engineering, including test data management, test coverage analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to QA teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on quality goals and deliverables.
