Role Overview :

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Healthcare Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding while maintaining strong candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to assess candidates’ experience and role-fit. ️
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines in the ATS. ️
• Coordinate interviews, manage communication flow, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and support new hire onboarding.
• Ensure recruitment compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with healthcare hiring market trends.
