Role : CX Capability Lead- Generative AI + Google Dialog Flow

Technical Skills

Strong technical background with a solid understanding of conversational AI technologies, machine learning, natural language processing, and software development methodologies.

Proven experience in delivering Google CCAI, Dialogflow, Vertex. AI solutions.

Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), deep learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Experience with deep learning frameworks like Py Torch or Tensor Flow.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models.

Strong understanding of neural networks, transformers, and reinforcement learning.

Familiarity with software development best practices, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies.

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.

Excellent software development skills to drive the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions

Leadership Skills
