Job Summary : Pert Telecom Solutions Pvt.Ltd. is seeking an experienced Telecom Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India, specifically with Telecom Service Providers (TSPs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TSP sales, with experience working with OEMs supplying products to major TSPs.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with TSPs.Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at TSPs (Bharti, Vodafone, JIO, Orange, etc.).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions and proposals aligned with their strategic objectives.Oversee all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, service delivery and performance monitoring.Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.
Key SkillsProven track record of success in sales.Strong understanding of the Indian telecom market.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Technical ProficiencyFamiliarity with CRM software.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications & ExperienceEducation : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom Engineering or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.Experience : Minimum of 10-15 years in key account management, sales or a similar role within the telecom industry. Experience with Vodafone Idea, Reliance Jio and Airtel is highly desirable.
