This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely or in one of our many offices around the globe.

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Mentor Management & Recruitment :

• Execute recruitment cycle : draft JDs, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, process offers / contract
• Develop onboarding materials and training program
• Maintain recruitment pipeline and forecast hiring need
• Track mentor performance and manage feedback system
• Administer mentor payments and contracts
