Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Hyderabad. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles and Mercedes-Benz products that meet their needs. Daily tasks will include consulting clients, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. This role requires close collaboration with the sales and after-sales teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Consulting to understand, meet, and exceed customer requirements
• Expertise in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients effectively
• Ability to build trust, demonstrate product knowledge, and provide a high-quality buying experience
• Previous experience in luxury automobile sales or similar roles is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for the automotive industry and commitment to achieving excellence
